I do not recommend this company. The staff turnover I experienced when I hired them to build my website severely impacted the end result and the issues have not been rectified to date. It has been over a year and a $10K expense. I paid my bills immediately but the service is not there. My website speed is ridiculously slow to load and despite raising the issue, having someone look into it, that someone disappeared from the company and I am left hanging once again. Wow! Thank you for the response. No one answered your phone. I do not have anyone left to email as they have all left the company. No one is waiting on me. The last communication I had was the new staffer reaching out to sell me more services and when I told him I was still waiting for rectification, I got nothing. Your only solution was to host with you. Do you think I should pay for more bad service? You just acknowledged an email I sent but yet you do not respond to the email? What choices have you left me?

The video that was produced was great. The website, not so much. After a year had passed with my website not completed, I had no choice but to take the loss and pull the plug. There was no effort on their part to complete it, and once I pulled the plug, got no response either. There goes a few thousand down the drain. New update: Based on your response, you pose a very good question - since I was a former employee, I should have a direct connection with the dev team which I did. Even with that connection, the priority of my project/website was put on a shelf and forgotten. I get it though, actual customers are a priority vs projects from an employee. Therefore no hard feelings.
