Cost me 20 k and when I moved on they didn’t offer to help during the transition. Side car was managing my account I was doing 65-100 percent more in sales with 6 k ad spend. With them we did half the sales and spent 20k a month in ads! I have been managing ads for 10 years and their philosophy of spend more , the ppm max campaign with google will machine learn and do all automated cost me a lot of money. Between over spending and lost sales and another month to fix all their mistakes it cost me about 70 k all

Go, instead of trying to help they were insulted and turned my ads off although i didnt ask them to which was spiteful. It’s unreal! They just kept blaming bad sales on the google algorithm changes which made absolutely no sense! They put out ads people clicked them. So people were finding ads, meaning the algorithm theory is bull. It was the wrong people the campaigns werent touched they werent optimized it was all dependent on the google ppm max. They put their faith in google max campaigns 100 Percent and a bull program which by the way is a new program without ab testing and taking the time to slowly roll me into it. The rep only told us to spend more instead of focusing on high gp products it was just spend more money google will tell you what to sell.

The ads werent doing well The point our rep Marty was perplexed ? so that was the end of that we had to stop the bleeding and move on. I couldnt stomach another month of it. Of course he wanted to try it wasnt his money. No consideration. This review isnt to hurt anyones business its to tell my side of the story. If my money was refunded to me, if an apology was given i would have never made a review. It was the fact that nothing was offered, there was no acknowledgment of wrong doing, as you can see by their response they did nothing wrong by dropping us last minute. The proof is in the numbers but they are the victim. Scary stuff. A triple A rated Veteran owned business, established in 88 and we cant get a straight forward just sorry man. We tried but we couldnt help and by the way you lost 80k here is 5k back what you paid us and will leave your ads on and help you in the transition. NOTHING! Its the problem with the world today no accountability.

In their response none of it was true. The numbers which are private information is completly misleading. Fact is we were doing 100% more in sales on 6k a month ppc. Bad Rhino we were spending 20k per month doing half the sales or 75% less some months, itsSimple math. Which one would you rather?? Then no offer of a refund, no help in transition, spitefully turning off our ads with a short email then stating they took us out of a google program was not only rude but completly unprofessional, see the email below. No acknowledgement that they hurt my business at all to this date. They tried but didnt know their stuff.
To prove it i am with the new ads company for 2.5 weeks. My sales went up 50%! The phones starting ringing again very noticeably a ton more, quote requests are flying in. I am on a the same page i was before i hired them again!. Facts are Facts and people just need to learn when to take accountability apologize and move on rather then smoke and mirrors. All that does is make people angry when your left holding the bag.
